1 General Provisions

bv444 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement and define the relationship between the user ("you", "member") and bv444 ("we", "platform").

bv444 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms. You are advised to always read the latest version of this page.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

2 Eligibility and Age Limit

• Each individual may open only one account.

bv444 may request identity documents for age verification at any time. Providing false information about age will result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of any related winnings.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To register at bv444, you must provide accurate and complete information. The information required includes: full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number and payment method details. Providing incomplete or false information may result in account cancellation.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household or device. If an attempt to open multiple accounts is detected, all accounts will be closed and all balances and bonuses will be considered void.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. No one else may be given access to your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact the bv444 support team immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, bv444 may request identity verification documents at any time — such as a copy of a national identity card, passport or driving licence. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, withdrawals may be suspended or the account may be temporarily locked.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are available for depositing funds at bv444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method). Deposits must be sent from an account registered in your name.

• Payments from mobile banking registered in another person's name are not accepted.
• After a deposit, the balance is generally updated within a few minutes.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, contact the support team with the transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same method and account used for the deposit.

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus balances (see Section 5 for details).
• If suspicious activity is detected, a withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold for verification.
• If a withdrawal is rejected for any reason, the relevant amount will be returned to the balance.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Members making their first deposit at bv444 will receive a 200% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x).

• Before withdrawing the bonus amount, you must wager 10 times the total (bonus + deposit) amount.
• The bonus can only be claimed once; if an attempt to collect bonuses across multiple accounts or identities is detected, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• If the wagering is not completed within 30 days of the bonus being issued, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

5.2 Promotional Offers

bv444 provides various promotional offers from time to time. Separate terms apply to each offer, which will be clearly stated on the offer page. General rules:

• Multiple promotional bonuses cannot be combined at the same time, unless separately stated.
• bv444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• Accounts may be closed for bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.

5.3 VIP Program

The bv444 VIP program has three tiers. The weekly cashback rates are as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Members are promoted to higher tiers based on regular play. VIP members enjoy additional benefits such as priority support and exclusive promotions.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available at bv444 — slots, casino table games, live casino, fishing games and sports betting — are operated under the following general rules:

• The specific rules for each game can be found in the game interface or in the help section.
• Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and complete fair play is ensured.
• In the event of a network disconnection or technical error, the result of the ongoing round will be determined according to the server logs.
• If an incorrect payout occurs due to a software error during a game, bv444 reserves the right to correct that amount.
• For sports betting, a refund policy applies if an event is cancelled or postponed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bv444 platform:

• Collusion: Attempting to gain an advantage over the system through coordination among multiple members.
• Bots or Automation: Playing using automated software, bots or scripts.

• Bonus Abuse: Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts or identities.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Any attempt at unauthorized access to the system.
• Use of Third-Party Funds: Using a payment method not registered in your own name.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by bv444

bv444 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If KYC documents are not submitted within the specified time.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• Upon the order of a court or law enforcement authority.

8.2 Account Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time. In this case, please contact us via live chat or email. Pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed and any valid balance will be returned.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

12.2 Termination

This agreement will terminate when your account is permanently closed. Even after termination, certain provisions of these terms — such as clauses relating to limitation of liability and dispute resolution — will remain in effect.

12.3 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be settled through arbitration. Both bv444 and the user are committed to resolving issues in good faith and a cooperative manner.
